Arrrh I’m confused 🤪
I’m all for having a range of solutions but here is the thing, too much creates confusion and the constant selling of so many different things means we can’t see the wood for the trees.
Here are some things to think about:
✅Stop creating random solutions and trying to fill all the gaps. You don’t need a solution for everyone and every need. Instead create solutions that hang together and complement each other but know when to stop. This approach to solution creation is more logical and easier for your potential clients to buy into.
✅When it comes to promotion avoid randomly posting or sharing about a wide range of things every week, instead think about campaigns so that you focus on less each week or month. This will also allow you to stretch out your content and drive home a stronger message.
✅If you are working on a launch or selling something with a deadline or open and closed cart, remember to not muddy the water by trying to sell lots of other stuff too. We want our clients to have choice in how they work with us but too much and they just won’t buy.
✅Need to change things up as you have a huge gap in your offer? We don’t have to keep adding to our repertoire, so can you evolve a solution or remove one? You can also create options with an existing solution as this keeps things clean and will likely be a similar message.
I simplified my business a while ago and it has made it easier to not only market and sell but deliver too. I have always followed the rule of 3. That is 3 ways to work with me and a maximum of 3 areas within those. I do have individual products that sit outside this, but I promote them as a solution.
This balance allows me to sell enough solutions at various prices without swamping my audience or complicating my delivery. 🎯
Are you confusing your audience by trying to do too much?
👉Remember keep the buying decision simple and make it easier for people to work with you.
