How will it work...

LIVE MONTHLY ONLINE SESSIONS

The first Monday @7pm we have a planning session to set us up for an amazing month

On the 2nd & 4th Tuesday we have our group mastermind mentoring sessions @7pm

Around the 3rd Saturday we have another group masterminding session @10am

On the 3rd Monday we jump into a topic workshop @7pm

All of these group sessions are recorded and you can join them all or drop into the ones you can.

OTHER BENEFITS

Each month we have a topic or theme and a masterclass which is delivered at the beginning of the month into your resource hub on our website, you will also find additonal documents and templates here too.

Your live strategy document will be built in Click Up & your 1:1 strategy sessions will be booked for a time to suit

Our quarterly get togethers are normally on a Saturday and hosted at Rushden Lakes or Beckworth Emporium in Northamptonshire (on occasion additional meet ups in other locations will be added)

BOSS days happen each quarter online and you can access these for free, our yearly in-person event takes place at Wyboston Lakes and this will be discounted

Extra lives, checkin and accountability will be provided in our community group

I'm Lisa Sheppard your Happy Business Mentor ®️

I've been working with small business owners for many years now and I know what it takes to kickstart their momentum and maintain it. I understand the challenges and the pitfalls that can arise in their business and how to overcome them. I also know that we are most successful at doing it when we get help.

In my own business, the times where I felt more in control and got stronger results are the periods of time where I've managed to maintain my momentum. Over the years I've learnt what is needed for me to create that momentum and keep it, now I do the same for other business owners. I help them overcome the challenging hurdles that might slow them down or even stop them. I help them deal with those mindset gremlins that might be holding them back and give them the accountability and the focus that they need, whilst opening up their thought process and getting them to look at their business in a different way.

Is Momentum a programme?

Momentum is not a programme that runs for a set period of time. Instead it is an ongoing mastermind group with the benefits of a programme and so much more. Like a programme we have themes, masterclasses and workbooks but unlike a programme we are not limited to topics and can suppoprt you on any area of your business when you need it.
